Does Sani-Yard Clean the Entire Yard?

Sani-Yard will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?

Yes! Sani-Yard provides dog waste removal services year-round.

How do you ensure the safety of my dog(s)?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Sani-Yard. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs that can cause canine illness. We also take gate pictures when we are done scooping so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by texting, emailing, or calling our office.

 

Can you scoop with my dog in the yard?

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your scoop. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Can I request a specific cleanup day?

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.

 

Do you provide arrival windows for service?

Our friendly Sani-Yard technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.

How am I Charged?

Stress-free! Our recurring service customers will be automatically enrolled in monthly auto-payment billing with the payment information submitted at time of sign up. Auto payments will initiate on a recurring cycle, on the first day of the month. An active credit or debit card must be used at signup and remain on file. Monthly billing must be authorized by your financial institution. Locked or disabled cards preventing payment may result in late fees. We do not accept cash, ACH, checks, COD’s, cash apps or any other forms of payment. All services rendered are prepaid. Your client login information will be emailed to you once you have completed the onboarding process on our website or over the phone. There you can easily access service invoices, make changes to your service and update your credit card information!

What Kind of Poop do you scoop?

We scoop canine dog waste only. We get many requests to scoop cat, turtle, horse, and even turkey poop! However, we must turn those offers down.
